A trained infertility treatment professional for twelve years and having five years of medical experience at maternity house, Tamuna is a “people person” and excellent facilitator.

Tamuna was born and raised in Georgia. Tamuna received her Bachelor’s degree at Tbilisi State University, that was followed with obtaining Master’s degree in Public Health and Administration. She has been certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductology at the National Medical Academy in Kiyev, Ukraine. 

Tamuna is responsible for the overall management of the company and  infertility treatment programs. She is on hand constantly to assist with any treatment-related matter.  She is genuinely striving and making a huge commitment to provide our intended parents with outstanding care. She is establishing and maintaining strong relationships with intended parents from the first meeting through creation of their families.

Tamuna is happy to assist intended parents throughout surrogacy, egg donation or IVF journey serving as a resource for information and guidance.

With more than ten years of extensive experience in health field, Matuta Bzhalava is one of the leading professionals at Medvisit Global®. In addition to a Medical Degree from the Highest Medical School in Georgia, Matuta holds Masters of Public Health with a major in Health Policy, Management and Behavior from New York State University at Albany. She is a successful alumna of Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX), Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (MUSKIE) and Fogarty International for Advanced Education (Program of New York State Department of Health). Matuta’s professional career has been focused on various reproductive health programs of well-known international organizations, such as: USAID, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), AIDS Institute , Healthy Capital District Initiative in New York and New Life Global Network. Matuta is the principal author of the report New York Community Health Profile, 2009 and co-author of The New York State HIV/AIDS Epidemiological Profile, 2008.

Matuta has been working with intended parents from around the world in more than 30 countries. Matuta overseas International Medical Department at Medvisit Global®. She welcomes all international intended patients to discuss their initial questions in details, introduces available programs and makes negotiations with all intended parents for the final agreement. All intended parents, who would like to carry out surrogacy or/and egg donation program in Georgia, are welcome to contact Matuta in order to get answers to their initial questions, clarify different aspects of our programs, to negotiate and sign the agreement with our organization. She is fluent in English, Russian and Georgian.

 

Dea Gabadadze

Lawyer

Dea joined Medvisit Global® in 2018 as a lawyer and brings to the company over 7 years of work experience at one of the leading maternity and pediatric clinic in Georgia. As the lawyer of the clinic, Dea has represented hundreds of clients from various parts of the world: intended parents, egg donors and surrogate mothers.

Dea holds her degree in law from Tbilisi State University. She has advanced her education at Kingsborough Community College, New York, USA, where she completed one year study in 2017. Since 2013, she has been a proud member of Georgian Bar Association and International Association of Lawyers.

Bachana Bolkvadze

As a Social Media Manager, Bachana monitors, manages, and updates Medvisit Global's social media accounts. Along with implementing content strategies on social media platforms, Bachana analizes engagement data, identifies trends in customer interactions, and plans digital campaigns to raise awareness about medical tourism, fertility treatment, IVF, surrogacy, and egg donation. 

Bachana possesses more than 5 years of work experience in digital marketing and social media management. He obtained bachelor's degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing master's degree in Human Resource Management. 

 

 

 Giorgi Zghenti

 Program Coordinator

 

Giorgi graduated from Tbilisi State University with a degree in Sociology and Social work. Much of his life is linked to non-formal education and international experience. During 2014-2018 he was actively involved in international youth projects and was a trainer in programs such as Erasmus +. He was a member of such successful organizations as United States Agency for International Development and worked as a researcher at Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia. Within the framework of the European Voluntary Service, he has volunteered in Finland and worked with children with Down Syndrome and different disabilities.

As Giorgi has advanced his skills regarding correlating intercontinental projects, he will be coordinating international programs that Medvisit Global® offers. Giorgi will be actively engaged in post-arrival orientation for our international patients and partners such as coordinating housing, lodging, field trips, business/medical meetings, guidance and providing updates regarding the matters in correspondence with the Program Manager. Giorgi is striving to make your journey to parenthood as enjoyable and fruitful as possible. 

 

 

 

 

Goga Nikabadze, MD    

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Pregnancy Care Coordinator

Dr. Nikabadze earned his medical degree from Tbilisi State Medical University. He has obtained his doctoral degree in Paris, France. Dr. Mikabadze has undergone intensive trainings in obstetrics and gynecology at University Clinic of Bulgaria; Maternity House Number 5 in Kiev, Ukraine; University Clinic in Ankara, Turkey and University Clinic in  France.

He is one of the leading obstetricians at the Clinic of David Gagua in Tbilisi, Georgia. He is a dedicated professional whose excellent interpersonal relationships covey a sense of family to each visitor.

At Medvisit Global® he oversees pregnant surrogate mothers and coordinates baby deliveries. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to each surrogate mother and intended parents.  He is striving to create a relaxed atmosphere where surrogate mothers and other patients can feel comfortable asking questions.

 Manana Kochiashvili

 Head of IVF Department/Reproductive Medicine Specialist 

 

Mrs. Kochiashvili has 19 years of work experience in the field of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Radiology at the leading clinics of Georgia.  Currently, Manana is a Head of IVF department at Caraps Medline in Tbilisi, Georgia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Gynecology from Tbilisi State Medical University. Mrs. Kochiashvili is a certified professional in 3D/4D Volusion E8 within the framework of Advanced VISUS Course in Fetal Medicine and Gynecology – Krakow, Poland. She has successfully completed a training of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) in Belek, Turkey. Manana has advanced her qualification in Ultrasound, Fertility and Sterility in France, Italy and the United States of America. Since 2007 she has been a co-founder of the Charity Foundation to Fight Infertility, and a head of the polyclinic department therein. Ms Manana Kochiashvili is the author of three scientific works. She fluently speaks Georgian, Russian and English.

 

 Suat Unal

 Embyologist

Dr. Unal stands out with his enthusiasm and expertise in the field of Embryology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hacettepe University (Ankara, Turkey) and Masters in Immunology from Akdeniz University (Antalya, Turkey) Dr. Unal has advanced his knowledge in Embryology and In Vitro Fertilization at Akdeniz University Hospital IVF Center. From 1986 to 1977, he was serving as an Immunologist at Akdeniz University Hospitaldan Pediatric Immunology Unit. Besides practicing medicine, he has an outstanding academic experience as a Lecturer at Akdeniz University. In 2007, Dr. Unal became a Head of Embryology Laboratory in Antalya, Turkey. In 2013-2016, he served as an Embryologist at the leading health centers of different countries, such as: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iraq. Dr. Unal continued his exceptional work in IVF, ICSI, Oocyte Cultivation, Vitrification, Sperm Analysis and Embryo Biopsy in Tbilisi, Georgia. He speaks in English, Turkish and Azerbaijani languages. Our patients' favorite thing about Dr. Unal is his amicable personality. 

 

 

 Dr. Lela Iremadze

Dr. Lela Iremadze is a proud member of the European Society of Reproduction and Embryology. Since 2009, she has been working as an Obstetrician and Reproductologyst at Zurab Sabakhtarashvili Reproductive Clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2018, Dr. Iremadze advanced her qualification at Valencia IVF Center in Valencia, Spain. Her international experience makes it obvious that she is a person who constantly strives to adopt and provide latest medical services by being actively engaged in international workshops and forums such as: “GnRH- Antagonist in Ovarian Stimulation’’ in Hamburg, Germany; ,,The Impact of Reproductive Surgery on Cross Talk Between the Embryo and the Endometrium’’ in Vienna, Austria and ,,The 1st World Congress on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss’’ in Cannes, France. She has completed Bachelors, Masters and PhD in Medicine at Tbilisi State University in Georgia. Dr. Iremadze stands out with her optimistic, friendly and approachable personality.

 

 

 

 Ketevan Tukhashvili, MD - PhD

As the Head of IVF Laboratory and Embryology Doctor at Zurab Sabakhtarashvili Reproductive Clinic, Dr. Ketevan Tukhasvhili comes to serve our patients with over 10 years of experience in medicine. She is the outstanding member of European Association of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the Medical Doctor in Genetics.

Alongside her excellent academic background, Dr. Ketevan Tukhashvili has completed various internationally recognized workshops and trainings such as ESHRE Congresses in Belgium, France, Hungary and Turkey. She is a successful alumna of IVF Educational Program held by The Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Kiev, Ukraine.

Prof. Arsen Gvenetadze, MD - PhD

General Director, Zurab Sabakhtarashvili Reproductive Clinic

Professor Gvenetadze has been serving as a General Director of Zurab Sabakhtarashvili Reproductive Clinic since 2009. Prior to that, he was a Head and a Doctor of the Surgical Department of Zhordania Institute of Human Reproduction. Alongside having the outstanding practical experience in medicine, Prof. Gvenetadze has made a noteworthy contribution to the academic side of reproductive health while holding lectures as the Associate Professor at Tbilisi State University and teaching family planning in Asia and Europe as the USA International Organization’s Medical Consultant.

Prof. Gvenetadze is a proud member of the associations such as: European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, the European Association of Gynecologic Endoscopy, the Georgian Society  Gynecologic  Endoscopy and the European Society Gynecologic  Endoscopy. He has successfully completed numerous international congresses of Gynecology and Endoscopy in Luxemburg, Italy, Greece, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain. Moreover, in 2013, Prof. Gvenetadze attended the extensive training course on Efficient Management of Reproductive Clinic held in Boston, the USA and Achieving Efficiency of Reproductive Medicine Clinic held in London, the UK.

Prof. Gvenetadze is the author of the books such as: Climacteric  Syndrome,  Esthetics Endocrinology, Premenstrual Syndrome and  Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding. Since 2007, He has been developing numerous guidelines and protocols concerning Ectopic Pregnancy and Endometrial   Polyps. In total, Prof. Gvenetadze has published 71 scientific papers so far. He obtained his BA, MD and PhD degrees from Tbilisi State Medical University.

Prof. Gvenetadze fluently speaks Georgian, English and Russian.

 

Dr. Miri Godin

Reproductive Endocrinologist, IVF Unit of Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital

Dr. Miri Godin is an outstanding Reproductive Endocrinologist at the IVF Unit of Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel. Her multi-profile background of education and medical practice in different fertility leading countries emphasize Dr. Godin’s highly qualified professionalism and expertise. She has successfully completed Medical School of Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel which was followed with Residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. Subsequently, she completed extensive medical fellowship in In Vitro Implantation of Blastocysts at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium.

Dr. Godin undertook her comprehensive career at different world-leading clinics in Israel. She has been serving as a Reproductive Endocrinologist at the IVF unit of Bikur Cholim and Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospitals since 1998 in Jerusalem, Israel. Dr. Godin enhanced her fertility expertise while acting as Medical Director of Fertility Clinics of Maccabi and Kupat Cholim Leumit, Jerusalem. Apart from her clinical experience, she provides infertility counselling services for her patients.

Dr. Godin holds honorable memberships of European Society of Human Reproduction, Israeli Society for Primary Care of Women’s Health, Jerusalem Society of Gynecology and Israeli Society of Fertility and Reproduction. Last but not least, Dr. Godin is a polyglot as she fluently speaks in English, Spanish, Hebrew and French.

Dr. Marlen Sulamanidze, MD., PhD

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Marlen is a specialist on plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He was born in Georgia in 1947. In 1972 he graduated from the Medical University in Irkutsk. From 1974 to 1984 he specialized in maxillofacial surgery. Later on, he started specializing in plastic and aesthetic surgery first in Georgia and from 1993 in Moscow, Russia. Since that time he has performed over 20 thousand surgical operations, including rhinoplasty. Dr. Marlen is an inventor of so called Aptos Method which is a minimally invasive procedure on face and body lifting/reconstruction. 

 

 

 

 

Dr. George Sulamanidze, MD., PhD

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. George is a recipient of “Golden Lancet” in 2008 - a professional award in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Besides, he is  an author of Aptos techniques. A member of Russian society of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons, since June 2002 - honorary member of Japanese society of liposuction surgery. The author of over 30 publications, 18 of which are represented in leading international journals.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Murat Tsintsadze, MD.

Dr. Murat specializes in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Besides, he is a certified trainer of APTOS. Dr. Murat graduated from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. Afterwards, he continued his studies in Greece, at Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Physiotherapy and Aesthetic Medicine. He had taken the qualification in general surgery at Ludwig-Maximilians University Hospital, Traunstein, Munich. He completed residency in general surgery at Shupik Medicinal Academy, in Kiev. Had got the courses of plastic surgery at Shupik Medicinal Academy, in Kiev, also had got the special courses of injection methods at the international trainings.

Dr. Murat is the head of the Youth Association of Caucasian Countries Doctors League. He is the member of the Association of Allergology and Clinical Immunology of Georgia. And participates permanently in local and international congresses (Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, France, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Germany, Austria, Monaco, Thailand, etc).
