On February 1, 2021 Georgia resumed regular international flights. Measures related to COVID-19 will be eased for foreign as well as Georgian citizens entering the country.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, non-vaccinated visitors who are nationals or residents of the EU, Israel, Switzerland, the U.S., Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain will not need to self-isolate. Instead, they will be required to provide a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before their arrival and then take another PCR test at their own expense, on the third day from their arrival. As for vaccinated foreign citizens, they will be able to enter the country without any restrictions if they provide the certificate confirming that they have received 2 full doses of the vaccine.
