Dressing in a manner that is professionally appropriate will take your representation to higher standards. At the same time, make sure the clothes feel comfortable. 
• Environment - If you have a video interview, choose the place that can provide official background. Avoid being in a bedroom, kitchen or in any other loud places. It is always smart to be all by yourself while being video-interviewed so that you can focus on the questions. As for face-to-face interviews, always set your phone on silent mode or turn it off.
• Be Yourself - Being honest is one of the most important keys to the final line. Never say a lie as most surrogate recruitment teams are experienced enough to find out whether a potential surrogate mother is lying or not. Your honesty will be appreciated way more rather than making up fake stories.
